INSURANCE

Payment for your appointment is taken at the time it is booked. Although reimbursement is not guaranteed, you will be given a "superbill" to submit to insurance after our appointment. A "superbill" is a form completed by medical practitioners that allows patients to be reimbursed directly from their health insurance companies. Mom's are usually partially or fully reimbursed, but I recommend calling your insurance company prior to our appointment to confirm coverage if reimbursement is important to you. Some insurance companies will say that I am out of network, so you can ask for something called an "out of network exception."
